Principles of corporate social responsibility and plans for their realization are inseparable part of Teghout cjsc activity. The company purchased stationary for pupils, teachers and the administrative staff, as well as school property which were used for furnishing the secondary school (430 pupils) in the village of Shnogh. The company realized minute repair work of Palace of Culture in the village of Teghout. Corporate social responsibility is emphasized in the company strategy. This approach is evident in most activities foreseen in the environmental management plan and work project which envisage even stricter environmental standards than required by RA legislation. Particularly, a closed water circulation system is planned to be built, and, water, after usage for household needs, in workmen's settlement will be cleaned at the biological cleaning station built according to world leading technologies. The compensation of the damage to forest resources is one of the main environmental problems within the scope of Teghout copper-molybdenum deposit exploitation, but Vallex Group will not limit its activities by compensating the environmental damage with the mechanisms required by RA legislation only. Based on principles of its corporate social responsibility Teghout cjsc has elaborated a minute program of  reforestation plan and coordinated it with RA Ministries of Nature Protection and Agriculture. This program establishes reforestation covering 714 hectare territory, despite the fact that totally 357 hectare territory will be logged in the course of exploitation work of Teghout copper-molybdenum deposit. Moreover, the company is ready to take responsibility not only for reforestation of 714 hectare, but for care of the planted trees before the ecosystem of the forest will be secured.  140 hectares were planted already.The care of the territories will last about 5 years. Working plan has been worked out which foresees to realize afforestation in about 80 ha area of the administrative boundaries of Odzun and Arjout communities of Lori marz.

Companies have been chosen through the competition (Competition announcement) , which have started to realize design works. 

On the initiative of Teghout cjsc and with its financial support,  planting over a total of 80.000m² territory has been realized with the participation of students from Lori and students from different universities. Since the company cares about good working atmosphere and about good work and life conditions of the employees, they intend to construct recreation and leisure zones near the workmen's settlement of Teghout copper-molybdenum deposit.
