Human and technical resources

The majority of the most efficient specialists on the staff involved in the project of Teghout mining and processing enterprise and operation of copper-molybdenum deposit have been transferred from Armenian Copper Programme cjsc and Base Metals cjsc (companies of Vallex Group) to Teghout cjsc. The company has over 750 employees; most of them are members of Teghout and Shnogh communities and the town of Alaverdi, the rest are members of other communities of RA. According to the work project at the construction of Teghout copper-molybdenum deposit the quantity of employees at Teghout cjsc will be increased up to 1700-2000, and during the main operation the company will have 1400 employees.

The sub-divisions of the company are equipped with facilities manufactured by world known leading companies famous for their mining industrial equipment. The company has acquired special reforestation and plantation equipment to safely take out and remove comparatively thick-trunk trees together with roots and soil thus ensuring environmental security of its activities.
